REDDING, Calif. – With Thanksgiving perennially ushering the giving spirit of the Holiday season, the Good News Rescue Mission is proud to kick of this year’s Holiday season with our annual Great Thanksgiving Banquet. This banquet’s purpose is to serve the homeless men and women of Redding a warm Turkey meal to honor this communal holiday. The banquet will take place on Wednesday, November 23rd from 11:00 am. – 6:00 pm.
In addition to turkey meals being served during this time, there will be a service of prayer, music, and a message given by local pastors.The GNRM is looking for volunteers to help put on this event, and donations of Turkey or other food to be served during the banquet. Help bring the warmth and love of the holiday season to Redding’s homeless men and women during the Great Thanksgiving Banquet.
